Class A OTR Driver Mentor

Job Title

POSITION DETAILS

Average Pay: $1,500 - $1,800+ per week

Home Time: Out approx 11 days per trainee cycle

Mentor Pay: Base CPM + $0.10 CPM training pay + $0.04 CPM productivity pay

Bonuses: $500 at 10k safe miles, $300 at 20k safe miles

Freight: 70% Drop and Hook, 100% No Touch

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card

Minimum of 3 months recent Class A OTR experience (or 1 year within last 3 years)

Must be at least 21 years old

No DUI/DWI or Clearinghouse Violations in the last 5 years
