Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring Now

Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay & Schedule

$24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)

2nd shift premium $1/hr / 2pm -- 10pm

3rd shift premium $2/hr / 10pm -- 6am

Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 6am -- 2pm

Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed

Shift availability is subject to change

What You'll Do

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
• Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely

What You Need

• 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
