Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator:
• Support biweekly, multi-state payroll processing with a strong focus on accuracy
• Reconcile timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll runs
• Respond to employee payroll, bonus, and reimbursement questions
• Maintain employee payroll records in UKG, including tax and direct deposit updates
• Perform Excel-based payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with audits, onboarding payroll setup, and special payroll projects
Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator:
• 2+ years of payroll or accounting support experience
• Exposure to garnishments, deductions, and timekeeping systems
• Working knowledge of Excel for payroll reconciliation and data review
• Interest in growing into a full-cycle Payroll Specialist role
