Pay & Schedule: $17.40/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights).

2 days and 2 nights required: Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am.

Mandatory overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season. Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.

Opportunity to be promoted to a Machine Adjuster position if adequate mechanical skills are demonstrated after 90 days with the possibility to earn up to $23.83/hr if successful progress is being made based on the requirements for the position.

Primary Duties

• Loads paper onto automatic hand-fed/web envelope folding machines; pack finished product.
• Inspects quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel.
• Checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements.
• May be required to complete rework.
• Cleans up work area during/end of shift.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment.

Quality inspection skills and ability to measure/read a ruler.

Basic math, verbal/written communication, computer skills.

Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable.

Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role.

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and reaching.

Lift up to 55 lbs; manual dexterity required.

Work around noise, machinery, inks, solvents, and glue.

Ability to work in hot or cold conditions and stay alert around equipment.

Able to keep pace with high speed production for a full shift.
