High Reach Forklift Operator

Location: Modesto, CA Employment Type: Full time temp to hire Payrate: $19.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate high reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Navigate the warehouse to efficiently pick orders and replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating high reach forklifts is required.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
