We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Brunch Manager to oversee our brunch operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating kitchen and service activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise brunch service operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
- Oversee front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
