SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

Job Title

The role involves overseeing a team of up to thirty employees in various professional, administrative, and clerical capacities.

Key Responsibilities

The duties include:

• Supervising non-supervisory employees
• Providing managerial/administrative duties for Branch Operations
• Recommending hiring, promotions, transfers, recognitions, and disciplinary actions
• Delegating authority while retaining responsibility for routine office or policy matters
• Ensuring timely and satisfactory performance of subordinates
• Reviewing plans and setting priorities for Project Coordinators
• Evaluating performance and advising employees on work and administrative matters
• Directing staff in managing Planning Yard projects
• Engaging in long-range planning for workload, manning needs, and skill training
• Acting as the main financial contact for Planning Yard projects
• Ensuring defined scope of work and technical guidance for project success
• Coordinating and managing on-site engineering services
