Customer Service Specialist

This offers hands-on experience where you'll work closely with our department managers. In this position, you'll develop communication, organizational, and customer service skills while gaining insight into dealership operations.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and online platforms
- Provide friendly, helpful information and guidance
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and next steps
- Follow up to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Represent Castle Automotive Group with professionalism and care
- Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm demeanor
- A genuine passion for helping people with positive attitude
- Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required
- Eagerness to learn and be trained in dealership processes
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Driven and goal-oriented personality to reach your full potential
