PCA – Personal Care Aide Starting at $16.50/hr, up to $17.00/hr (based on experience) Full Time & Part Time Positions Available – Days & Evenings

What You'll Do:
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and walking
  • Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity while respecting Resident's Rights and HIPAA policies
  • Answer call lights promptly and make unit rounds as scheduled
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the staff member in charge
  • Assist with resident meals, hydration, and weights, reporting significant changes as directed
  • Help with laundry, bed making, and maintaining a clean, orderly living environment
  • Promote independence, encouragement, and companionship for residents

Qualifications
  • PCA certification preferred (will consider strong candidates without prior experience who are caring and dependable)
  • Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a supportive care environment
