Buckland is looking for a Post Entry Specialist.
This position is responsible for the process and activities after the entry summary has been filed. The Post Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring there is compliance and oversight in filing amendments to US Customs & Border Protection on behalf of importers.

You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a professional relationship with US Customs.
- Preparing letters, reports, and supporting documentation to submit to US Customs including unreleased entries and cancellations.
- Updating entries to US Customs and ensuring accuracy prior to filing entry.
- Managing Post Entry Services for US Operations.
- Overseeing reconciliation project.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Applying your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.
- Driven by results working in a fast paced environment.
- Maintaining a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives.
- Providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
What we need from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CCS designation.
- Preferred 3 years or industry related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Understanding of US Operations/CBP requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot any customs related issues.
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
- Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in Canada/USA/MX.
