What You'll Do
As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast‑paced, high‑tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you'll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry's high standards.
Blending of ingredients has additional responsibility contributing to quality outcomes.
- Mix and blend batches according to customer formulas
- Verify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbers
- Record batch details and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor processing controls and address issues quickly
- Watch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problems
- Maintain steady product flow to avoid delays
- Operate a lift truck to move and store ingredients
- Clean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and piping
What You'll Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in food or chemical manufacturing preferred (1 year)
- Prior operation and certification with electric pallet jacks and lift trucks preferred (6 months)
- Experience with pulling raw material, weighing, measuring, use of RF scanners, and SAP software is a plus
- Ability to accurately palletize, transport materials to production and follow food grade regulatory standards
- Strong attendance, flexibility for overtime, and commitment to safety and GMPs, including PPE usage
- Attention to detail, math and analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to complete required certifications and promptly report food safety or quality concerns
- Availability for shift hours 11:00PM-11:00PM and overtime Monday - Saturday.
What We Offer
The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance. Shift hours 11:00PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday and overtime on Saturday. We may use artificial intelligence tools to support the review and assessment of applications and assist with scheduling interviews. We do not use AI to make decisions during the interview process.
