Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking inclusive and committed Quality Assurance Technicians to work in our fast-paced, 24-hour operating manufacturing environment. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspecting and reviewing the quality and food safety of Frito-Lay products you know and love. Although you will start with Frito-Lay, this job can open the door to career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo. We are looking for engaged individuals that will be dedicated to both safety and teamwork. We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule. Because this role is a multi-role position, there are multiple different jobs included in one with varying pay rates.

Here are some of the tasks you could expect to perform during the workday as a Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech):

• Visually inspect production and packaging of product to ensure it meets quality standards
• Monitor quality assurance equipment
• Reviewing data and camera footage to ensure food safety for finished product
• Conduct 5S and housekeeping walks in the Packaging department
• Perform quality checks of weight, size, volume, taste of Frito-Lay product
• Collect and reconcile all manufacturing paperwork required
