Production Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Production Helper on 2nd and 3rd Shift (Entry-Level Manufacturing)!
We have needs on 2nd shift. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM on 2nd shift. Pay rate is $18/hr (increases to $20/hr if hired on, including $2 shift premium).
Production Helpers assist in the laser and de-nesting areas of the shop floor. This is an entry-level opportunity and a great way to get started in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Remove parts from de-nesting machines
- Grind and finish parts as needed
- Count and package parts
- Perform other duties as assigned
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, and material handling
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work safely with hand tools around metal and sharp objects
Preferred Experience:
- Manufacturing or technical environment experience
- Basic math skills
- Exposure to powder coating, paint application, or lean manufacturing
- Understanding of metric and standard measurement systems
