Janitorial With Light Maintenance Personnel

Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking janitorial with light maintenance personnel for a large HOA situated in Port Richey, FL.

Brief Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work independently, without supervision, to perform general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community. Respond to special needs as directed by management.
  • Follow the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule for completion of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.
  • Dust, vacuum, clean, sanitize, mop, and dispose of trash to the building in common areas.
  • Be familiar with cleaning solvents.
  • Replenish disposable supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, to avoid resident inconvenience in common area.
  • Notify management for follow up on residential rule violations or problems on the property
  • Assist with maintenance related projects as requested; including meeting set-up, landscape, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and submit request for orders, as needed.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment as necessary.
  • Use OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.

Qualifications:

  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
