Wildcat Care Summer Aid

Wildcat Care is looking for summer aids. The summer program runs from June 3rd, 2026, through August 21st, 2026. The program is in session Monday through Friday, 6 am-5:30 pm, except holidays. An aide is responsible for providing high-quality child care. This requires helping coordinate and facilitate activities such as arts and crafts and organizing games. A desire to work with kids and learn more about youth development, recreational leadership, and management is desirable. The position is paid at the starting hourly rate of $15.27. Responsibilities include helping with the supervision of children at Wildcat Care and while on field trips. They also include helping implement daily and weekly activities and being a top-notch team member. Enjoy fun and active afternoons while making a difference in the lives of children! The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Must be willing and capable of ensuring the program operates in compliance with all legal requirements
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Must like working with kids
• Must be responsible, energetic, creative, organized, and reliable
• Must be a team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
