Description

The CB2 Corporate Office Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact, managing front desk operations, correspondence, deliveries, access control, and office supplies. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with office equipment and software, and a customer-focused approach.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Staff CB2 reception desk, serve as first point of contact for the CB2 Corporate office: manage email correspondence, screen telephone calls, and handle/ prioritize requests for information.

  • Receive deliveries and coordinate retrieval by the appropriate person

  • Oversee building key card access, issue visitor badges, parking passes and maintain visitor log.

  • Responsible for office supplies and maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.

  • Responsible for vending machine and coffee bar supplies

  • Milestone meeting, event and sample sale set up/tear down support

  • Support tech requests for the office as needed

  • Oversee transportation program for corporate office

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate and partner with a broad range of personalities and roles

  • Service-oriented and customer-focused (internal and external)

  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products

  • Good reading and written language skills (English)
