Maine Radon & Environmental Installation Professional

This position reports to Brandon Lussier and serves Southern and Central Maine. The main goal is to educate clients about radon testing and mitigation, provide top-notch solutions, and offer comprehensive indoor air quality services with integrity and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete all required training courses and exams for the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and State of Maine to obtain a primary radon measurement license
  • Perform installations of radon mitigation and other environmental products in homes and structures throughout Maine
  • Follow system designs that meet or exceed AARST/ANSI installation requirements
  • Be physically capable of tasks including carrying and climbing ladders, accessing crawlspaces and attics, and climbing roofs
  • Adhere to all Maine Radon & Environmental, National Radon Defense, NRPP, and State of Maine brand standards, operating standards, and licensing standards
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, good communication skills, and the ability to interact well with clients

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Windham, ME 04062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
