As an Assistant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating warm, engaging, and safe learning environments for children ages 0–5. Through teamwork, compassionate communication, and hands-on learning, you'll support classroom activities, daily routines, and curriculum implementation while building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. You'll be an essential part of a close-knit school community where everyone works together to help children thrive.
Salary Ranges: $18.00 to $22.09 per hour for Assistant Teachers.

Our Hiring Process:
If you're a match for the role, we'll reach out to schedule a phone interview. Strong candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at the school. You'll hear from us within 48 hours of your interview.
Our schools operate year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:30AM – 5:30PM (Operating hours subject to change).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Genuine interest in working with young children ages 0–5
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
- Ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements
- Must be able to work a Full-Time or Part-Time onsite schedule at an assigned school
$18 - $22.09 an hour The compensation range represents Heartworks' intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors.
