What You'll Be Doing

• Work a Monday-Friday schedule
• Answer incoming calls and take control of situations quickly
• Communicate constantly with customers and crews—no dropped balls
• Set expectations and keep clients in the loop
• Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• You can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without folding
• You're organized, sharp, and don't forget things
• You're willing to learn, adapt, and get better every day
• You can work independently and as part of a team
• Dispatching or call center experience is a plus—but not required
• Familiar with salesforce? Great. Not required, but helpful
