Maintenance Qualifications

Anticipated - Maintenance Qualifications General maintenance experience preferred Must pass physical examination Must be able to lift unassisted a minimum of 50 pounds Boilers License preferred (attach a copy) or must earn a Black Seal License within 1 year of employment Valid New Jersey Driver's License

Responsibilities

Demonstrates the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, as work requires Demonstrates the ability to operate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to provide temperatures appropriate to the season Demonstrates the ability to operate snow removal equipment Demonstrates the ability to replace wiring, switches, faucets, plumbing fixtures and the like Demonstrates basic carpentry skills and proficiency in the use of carpenter's power and hand tools
