Job Overview: Join our team as an assembler and play a key role in building quality products that make a difference. You'll be working on the shop floor, reading blueprints, following detailed instructions, and making sure every piece is assembled accurately and safely. This is a great chance to get hands-on experience, work independently, and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble a variety of metal products accurately and efficiently
• Work from blueprints, drawings, and job orders
• Operate and understand the tools and equipment used in assembly
• Maintain productivity levels while adhering to quality standards
• Work independently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Experience reading blueprints, performing mechanical assembly
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and using hand tools or equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comprehension of technical drawings and manufacturing documents (willing to provide some training)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (at least 8 hours)
