We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Deal Processing Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do
  1. Track and manage customer appointments and schedules
  2. Handle inbound phone calls to schedule appointments and provide customer service for the Service Department
  3. Make outbound phone calls to facilitate appointments for Recalls, Service Retention and Appointment Requests in the Service Department
  4. Work with sales, service, and accounting to ensure accurate paperwork
  5. Maintain organized records and files
  6. Provide administrative support to management and dealership staff
  7. Perform other administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Administrative or dealership experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Someone who is reliable and wants to be part of a team
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday with some Saturday rotation
  • Closed Sundays
