Position: Full Time (1.0 FTE) Student Services Administrative Coordinator
Location: Central Office, Roseburg, OR
Salary Range: $120,424 - $139,511 depending on previous verifiable experience
TSPC Licensure: Professional Administrator license
Start Date: August 3, 2026 (222-day, 11-month calendar)
Roseburg Schools is seeking a highly collaborative Student Services Coordinator to provide support for student learning through high quality professional development, mentoring, and grant management. Interested applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree in education or related field (master's degree preferred) and the ability to obtain and maintain a Professional Administrator license through Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC). A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an educational setting or environment and three (3) successful years of administrative experience is required.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field required; master's degree preferred
- Three (3) years of successful administrator experience in a 1.0 FTE assignment (or six (6) years in a 0.5 FTE assignment) required
