8 Hour Flexible District Custodian

Custodian Position

Position: One (1) Flexible District, Eight (8) Hour per day, Custodian, 11 months Assignment/hours may be at any of the buildings in the district and may change at the discretion of the HD Director/designee Current Hours BETWEEN: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Days, times and locations will vary based on district's needs.

Qualifications:

• Have a good previous work record.
• Be able to follow instructions, plan and organize work and work independently without close supervision.
• Be willing to learn new methods and techniques of school housekeeping.
• Shall be physically able to move classroom furniture and equipment and shall be able to operate power driven cleaning equipment.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be of good moral character and adaptable to working around children.
• Must have good attendance.
• Such other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate.

Reports to: Building Principals

Terms of Employment: This is an eleven (11) month position. (There is no guarantee for number of days worked). Extra time must be approved by supervisor in advance. Anticipated Start Date: June 1, 2026
