Scheduler

We are seeking a scheduler to join our team at ArchCare. In this role, you will coordinate patient's visits and ensure that our members receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of those we serve in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily scheduling of visits for appropriate disciplines .
• Communicate new patient information to assigned clinician.
• Ensure ongoing communication with staff and supervisor.
• Communicate with the homecare team, referral source, potential patients, and their families.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have scheduling experience
