Description
Sterile Processing Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of certified sterile processing technician training program. SPD EXEMPTION Requirement shall not apply to an individual working within PA facilities who has been employed as a central services technician on or before the effective date of PA Act 80 effective 12/29/2020. New hires within New Jersey and Pennsylvania facilities must obtain Certification from a certified sterile processing technician program within 18 months of date of hire. Minimum 6 months experience preferred.
