Microsoft Copilot solutions

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Lead to implement Microsoft Copilot solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, AI integrations, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to align Copilot capabilities to business goals and drive AI adoption securely and efficiently. Skills / Experience 2 years of Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio Premium, Azure Open AI Services, and Power Platform 6 years of strong expertise in Azure architecture, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Identity Management 6 years of experience in strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Microsoft ecosystems 2-3 years of experience in integrating Copilot solutions with enterprise applications and data sources Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Role / Job Description Implement Microsoft Copilot solutions for enterprise productivity, automation, and collaboration use cases Define the technical roadmap for integrating M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Open AI and Power Platform Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Copilot can improve workflows and business processes Lead implementation of Copilot extensions, plugins, connectors and custom AI copilots Ensure architecture complies with security, compliance, governance, and data privacy requirements Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems Establish governance models, best practices, and reusable architecture patterns for Copilot adoption Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide solution implementation Evaluate emerging AI and Copilot capabilities and recommend adoption strategies Support change management, adoption planning, and enterprise rollout initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Analytical mindset; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders Secondary Skills / Good to have Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog tracking Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams and integration scenarios Experience with APIs (REST/Graph API) and system integrations Exposure to data platforms like Azure SQL Database or Dataverse Knowledge of security & compliance in Microsoft ecosystem What Success Looks Like / Expected Outcome Successful deployment of secure, scalable Copilot solutions that improve productivity Increased business adoption of AI-driven workflows and automation Strong governance and compliance adherence across Copilot implementations Delivery of reusable enterprise architecture frameworks for future AI initiativesbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
