We’re looking for a rare breed: a researcher who doesn’t just follow the market — but shapes how the smartest capital thinks about it. We are building a world-class digital assets investment capability and seeking a Digital Assets Research Lead — someone who lives at the intersection of deep research, narrative intelligence, and high-conviction investing. This is not a support role. You will be one of the key voices defining our investment worldview in one of the most dynamic asset classes in history.

What you’ll own:

Lead the creation of high-conviction investment theses that drive actual capital allocation

Discover and deeply analyze emerging narratives weeks or months before they go mainstream

Translate complex on-chain, macroeconomic, and sector-specific signals into clear strategic recommendations

Build and maintain a repeatable research process that consistently finds asymmetric opportunities

Challenge the team’s assumptions and stress-test bullish cases with intellectual rigor

Occasionally represent our market perspective through thought leadership

Who you are:

You have 5+ years of intense experience in digital assets (professional or exceptional independent track record)

You’ve developed a reputation for seeing around corners in this market

You combine obsessive on-chain research with sophisticated macro thinking

You write with clarity, conviction, and persuasive power

You’re intellectually independent and unafraid to take contrarian positions when the data supports it

You’re energized by turning research into real-world results

What we offer:

Salary: $195,000 – $260,000 USD base + significant performance-based bonus

Large portion of total compensation can be delivered in digital assets / USDT

Fully remote with flexible hours (US time zones)
