About Nifty Advisor SupportNifty Advisor Support provides ongoing and project-based implementation support for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Were a remote team built on trust, clear expectations, and consistent execution.Role SummaryAs an Implementation Specialist on the Servicing team, youll provide client servicing and operational support for RIAs across our Service Flow and/or Service Forward service lines. This role is best for someone detail-oriented, adaptable across multiple systems, and proactive in communication.Youll also partner closely with the Service Delivery Coordinator and Implementation Coaches to support advisor satisfaction, monitor service quality, and proactively identify and address any service gaps.Time Tracking RequirementThis is a salaried full-time role; however, accurate hourly time tracking by client and task is required for capacity planning and service delivery.What Success Looks LikeYou track your time daily and accurately by client and task.You communicate early and clearly, especially when priorities shift, or a deadline is at risk.You can switch between multiple tech stacks (CRM, custodians, task management, email) without dropping details.Youre adaptable, take ownership, and ask for help quickly when youre blocked.ResponsibilitiesManage custodian paperwork and service requests (forms, follow-ups, tracking, and status updates) (approx. 60%)Communicate with advisors, custodians, and clients as needed via email, Slack, phone, and video (approx. 15%)Complete ad hoc operational tasks such as workflow audits/implementation, drafting client emails, research, and administrative support (approx. 25%)Track tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate status, next steps, and risksPartner with the Service Delivery Coordinator and Implementation Coaches to ensure advisors are satisfied with services and to identify and address service gapsQualifications1-3 years supporting financial advisors in a back-office/operations role (RIA experience preferred)Custodian experience required (Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape preferred)Proven ability to track hourly work precisely (by task/client) in a time-tracking systemStrong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting prioritiesStrong written communication and responsiveness in a remote environment (Slack/email)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems at once and learn new tools quicklyComfortable escalating issues and asking questions early to keep work movingHigh school diplomaU.S.-based and legally authorized to workMust pass a background checkCompensation & Benefits100% remote (within the United States)Flexible schedule around core business hoursPaid training and structured onboardingPaid holidays when the office is closedHealth/Dental/Vision insurance with employer contribution upon eligibilityUnlimited PTO and sick time upon eligibilityAbility to work internationally, upon eligibility and with approval401(k) enrollment with up to 4% match upon eligibilityBonus based on company performanceHiring ProcessApplication reviewCulture interviewTechnical interview and skills assessmentFinal decision and offer (two-week onboarding)How to ApplyPlease do not email or DM regarding applicationsapply through the designated application portal only.Nifty Advisor Support is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
