Senior Data Scientist

TECHNOLOGY Senior Data Scientist (Ridgefield, CT): Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning architectures, and NLP models, to enhance RepTrak's AI-powered offerings. Build and optimize metadata-driven pipelines for automated data ingestion, analysis, and insights generation. Work with production-grade LLMs and multilingual NLP, including fine-tuning/instruction-tuning, domain adaptation, prompt/eval harness design, safety/guardrails, and rigorous offline/online evaluation across multiple languages and media domains. Work with enterprise RAG and vector search, including designing hybrid retrieval (BM25 + embeddings), chunking and indexing strategies, vector DB tuning (Chroma/FAISS/OpenSearch), document parsing, citation grounding, and latency/quality trade-offs for large internal corpora. Work with MLOps for metadata-driven pipelines, including building CI/CD-backed ML systems in cloud/Kubernetes with model/experiment tracking (MLflow), registries, feature/embedding stores, observability, drift detection, and automated retraining at scale. Work with legacy-to-python workflow migration with statistical parity, including translating SPSS/legacy analytics into reproducible Python pipelines, creating validation suites to ensure statistical equivalence, and instituting QA/monitoring for ongoing correctness. Work with executing data science projects, including meeting deadlines, overcoming challenges, managing stakeholder expectations and producing clear deliverables. Telecommuting is permitted.
