Job Title : Wireless Engineer
Location : Pleasanton, CA
Long Term Contract - Onsite
Roles & Responsibilities
- 7-10+ years of direct experience
- Experience in wireless networking (802.11 standards, controllers, APs)
- Troubleshooting + debugging skills
- Conducting wireless site surveys + RF analysis tools
- Device certification experience
- Strong overall networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Tools: Ekahau, AirMagnet, Wireshark, etc.
- Wireless security + authentication (802.1x, RADIUS, etc.)
- Certifications (CWNE, CCNA Wireless) preferred
- Scripting/automation (Python, etc.) is a plus
