Job Summary: Provide custodial and maintenance support for school district buildings, grounds, and equipment to provide for a clean and healthy environment for students and staff

WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS

Education/Certification /Licensure:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Minnesota driver's license

Experience:

• Custodial experience preferred
• Experience with boilers preferred

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• General cleaning knowledge
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to safely work with chemicals
• Knowledge of proper lifting technique
• Knowledge of operation of equipment that is required in performance of the job
• Ability to inter-relate with others and present a positive interaction with public, peers and administration in all communications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Position requires exercising confidentiality in handling district information
