THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Fulfillment team is a key part of the customer experience, and accurate inventory is what keeps everything moving. The Inventory Control Specialist supports daily cycle counting and ensures inventory accuracy in the system, while also assisting the Fulfillment team as needed.
This role focuses on maintaining accurate counts, updating the ERP system, and helping keep inventory organized and flowing properly through the operation. It's a hands-on position suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a 2nd shift position, working 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with the opportunity to learn different parts of the operation in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Perform daily cycle counts across raw material, WIP, and finished goods
- Investigate and correct basic inventory discrepancies
- Update inventory counts and transactions in the ERP system
- Maintain organized inventory locations and support general material flow
- Follow FIFO practices when handling inventory and packaging materials
- Assist with inventory-related tasks tied to shipping and order fulfillment
- Support Fulfillment operations as needed, including picking, packing, and order verification
- Help maintain a clean, accurate, and organized work environment
YOU'LL BRING:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with inventory systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organized and consistent with repetitive tasks
- Willingness to support different areas of the Fulfillment team as needed
WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
Work is performed in an active warehouse / fulfillment environment. Safety and accuracy are critical, and you'll be working around moving inventory, packaging materials, and equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to remain active on your feet for extended periods during the shift
Starting pay begins at $16.91 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with opportunities for higher starting rates depending on experience, skill level, and overall fit for the role. This position offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to learn multiple areas within our fulfillment operation.
