Location: Maple Lake, MN

Wage: $19 - $20/hr.

• PLUS, a $3,000 sign-on bonus

Hours:

• 1st shift | 6 AM - 4 PM | Monday - Friday
• 2nd shift | 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM, Monday - Thursday

Hiring Bonus:Earn up to $3,000! Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 6 months!

Duties of theproductionworker:

• Operate equipment, including power tools and specialized instruments used in operations.
• Maintain effective communication with the team and management to ensure timely completion of work.
• Assist in the training of team members as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area.
• Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems as required.
• Ensure assembly parts meet quality standards.

Requirements of theproductionworker:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
