Job Description
• Active Directory Administration
• File Services Administration
• Server Infrastructure (Nutanix & Cisco USC)
• Infrastructure Hardware installation (on-site), including new or replacement hardware
• SAN and NAS disk replacement (NetApp preferred)
• Server hardware maintenance (with vendor)
• 2nd tier on-site hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution
• After hours on-site datacenter access
• VMWare Configuration and Administration
• Exchange Configuration and Administration
• 2nd Level Help Desk
• Citrix (Netscaler) Configuration and Administration
• DHCP/DNS
