We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, VAV systems, and Geo Systems. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency Test electrical components such as capacitors, relays, motors, and controls Identify worn or defective components and recommend repairs or replacements Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

HVAC trade school or technical training

Compensation: This position is hourly. Yearly potential earnings between $80,000 to $130,000!!
