Description

LAB Assembly Technician responsible for a line of electromechanical/ optical sensors.
• Assembly of complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Able to read, understand, and adhere to work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings
•Inspecting parts for defects or damage
• Knowledge of electrotechnical assembly and box build processes. (Optics a Plus)
• Work in a small fast-paced team atmosphere.
• Experience working with and knowledgeable of core concepts/industry use of PCBAs and electromechanical components (cameras, lenses, optics, etc.)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with precision manipulation of common laboratory tools, such as Allen wrenches, screw drivers, tweezers, etc, in a clean environment.
•Minimum of 3 years of electromechanical experience (optics field a plus).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CITIZENSHIP: Must be a U.S. citizen.
