Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary

We're looking for a dependable team member to support our shipping, receiving, and material movement operations. In this role, you'll receive and distribute materials, prepare finished goods for shipment, and help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize materials using FIFO practices
• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move materials
• Coordinate freight pickups and enter shipment data into inventory systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order and shipment status
• Make local deliveries and provide professional customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with good driving record (MDOT card required)
• Comfortable using computers and shipping systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• CDL and warehouse/shipping experience preferred

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting
• Physical role requiring standing, lifting (up to 100 lbs), and movement
