**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist members in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and via phone or email.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries, providing accurate information and efficient resolutions to issues.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and updates with attention to detail.
- Educate members on available services, benefits, and programs to enhance their experience and engagement.
- Maintain accurate member records and documentation in our database.
- Handle member complaints and disputes with patience and empathy, ensuring appropriate solutions are achieved.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay informed about organizational updates, policies, and industry trends to effectively assist members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or member support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding member service.
