Job Description:
1.Floor Tech/Project Crew provides floor maintenance, including but not limited to; vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery. For window cleaning, ability to use a Tucker pole. Possess considerable knowledge of the operation, use, and care of floor scrubbers, side-by-side, burnisher, vacuum chariot, extractors, and pressure washer.
2.Cleans offices, patients'/residents' rooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention
3.Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows and window coverings
4.Will be required to properly and safely use cleaning chemicals per manufacturer standards
5.Empties trash and garbage containers
6.Replenishes supplies
7.May change sheets and replenish linens
8.Moves furniture and sets-up tables and chairs
9.Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment
10.Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
11.Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner
12.Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments
13.Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work
14.Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
15.Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated
