General Production/Hand Soldering – 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform through-hole and surface mount hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs) following IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
• Assemble, wire, and install components, sub-assemblies, and hardware according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Prerequisites:

• Prior hand solder experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
• Must be US Person
• Must be able to work 2nd shift hours - M-TH 4p - 2:30a

• Monday thru Thursday - 4p - 2:30a
