Position: Machine Operator

Location: Baldwyn, MS

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $15.25/hr (Immediate need)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $15.50/hr

Position Overview

We are hiring a reliable Machine Operator to support production at our Baldwyn, MS facility. This position plays a key role in keeping operations running efficiently by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run machinery based on production requirements
• Monitor equipment during operation and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or basic schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
