Position Overview:

ISPA Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Specialist to support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse processes and ensuring accurate handling of materials. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Perform data entry and tracking using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures, dust, and noise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and reliability
