We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25 depending on experience. This position offers flexibility as it is an on-call position. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing drywall, replacing flooring, and painting. • Purpose: To ensure the facilities are well-maintained and safe for residents and staff. Ensure walkways are free of clutter and debris. • Ensure furnace filters are changed, dryer vents are cleaned out. • Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues such as outlets not working and circuit breaker tripping. • Purpose: To maintain a functional electrical system throughout the facilities. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work. • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently. • Strong communication skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
