Warehouse Inventory Auditor

As a Warehouse Inventory Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining proper warehouse documentation using RF scanning systems and WMS.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping & receiving or warehouse environment
• Experience auditing inventory and verifying shipment documentation
• Ability to operate RF scanning equipment; WMS experience preferred
• Reach truck or high-reach forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and computer literacy (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
• Ability to lift 26-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Inventory Auditor :

• Audit daily inbound and outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse paperwork
• Verify shipment documentation against physical product counts and descriptions
• Label tires accurately and ensure correct product identification
• Identify and report discrepancies in counts, descriptions, or product condition
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain location control
• Prepare accurate documentation for data input
• Operate a high-reach forklift as needed
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management
