Purpose:

To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the homes and facilities supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent if required by work location
• Experience as a housekeeper in a health care setting preferred

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for housekeeping and grounds maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety at all times while following regulatory guidelines
• Keeps inventory of housekeeping items, restocks as needed minimizing waste within cost effective guidelines
• Reports to the directors regarding areas or items in need of additional attention or repair
• Performs all other duties as assigned
