Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join a dynamic, customerfocused team supporting global accounts, with a primary focus on South America. In this role, you will manage customer relationships endtoend-processing orders, preparing quotes, and serving as a trusted point of contact for Spanish and Englishspeaking customers.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in building longterm customer relationships while collaborating crossfunctionally with sales, engineering, and internal support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary account owner for a designated territory, supporting approximately 500 customers (both repeat and onetime orders).
  • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and solutions for their needs.
  • Process orders and create customer quotes using SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Communicate proactively with customers via email regarding order status, shipping schedules, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and organized account records for global customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to support bilingual communication for South American accounts.
  • Participate in weekly product and technical training sessions to maintain uptodate product knowledge.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build strong, professional, longterm customer relationships within assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Conversational fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, order entry, or a similar customerfacing role.
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP system for order processing and quote creation.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and maintain multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
