This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Canadian copyright laws.
We provide this policy to ensure that copyright owners can notify us of alleged infringement, and that users understand the process for responding to such claims.

3. Counter-Notification by Users
If your content has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
-
Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its URL or description.
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
-
Your name, address, and telephone number.
-
Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal or provincial court for your area, and agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Jobbi will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a legal action within a reasonable period, Jobbi may restore the content.
4. Repeat Infringers
Jobbi reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers of copyright. We may remove access to content or suspend accounts where multiple infringement notices have been received.
All users are expected to respect copyright laws and refrain from posting content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Policy Enforcement
Jobbi reviews all DMCA notices and counter-notifications carefully. While we do not independently verify ownership claims, we will:
-
Remove or disable access to infringing content when a valid notice is received.
-
Restore content if a valid counter-notification is submitted and no legal action is filed.
-
Take action against repeat infringers, including account suspension or termination.
Jobbi may also take additional measures to prevent further copyright violations, including monitoring uploads and enforcing stricter account restrictions.
6. General Terms
-
No Liability for User Content: Jobbi is not responsible for the content uploaded by users and will not be held liable for copyright infringement beyond taking action as outlined in this DMCA Policy.
-
Good Faith Requirement: Both copyright owners and users submitting counter-notifications must act in good faith. False claims or abuse of this process may result in account suspension or legal consequences.
