Pay: $19/hour

Experience: Experience in a cold/wet environment and handling raw vegetables preferred.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: 5-day work week, including weekends; schedule may vary.

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Production Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Check the quality of raw materials and report unacceptable items.
2. Process raw materials using hand tools and production machinery.
3. Store, move, and rotate finished products using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
4. Load finished products onto hauler trucks.
5. Operate heavy equipment for produce processing.
6. Discard waste from production lines.
7. Follow all food safety, GMP, and operational safety standards.
8. Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs consistently.
2. Ability to stand for long periods in a cold environment (< 40°F).
3. Basic communication and reading/writing skills in English.
4. Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
5. Ability to follow SOPs and work in a team environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
7. Flexible schedule availability.
