Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Must enjoy being a team player and helping people. Ability to remain organized, systematic, and have good follow-through. A coachable attitude and be able to embrace a diverse working environment. Comfort and accuracy when talking to patients about finances.
